[Men's Cross Country] Saints men's cross-country team competed in their third national meet

VANCOUVER, WASH. (Nov. 18, 2017) - (Individual Results | Team ResultsThe Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) men's cross-country team participated in their third consecutive NAIA Men's Cross-Country National Championship. The 2017 championships were won by British Columbia at Fort Vancouver Historic Site. The Thunderbirds accumulated 41 total points, which is the best team total since Life tallied 41 points at the 1998 national championships.

Head Coach Stephen Sherman said, "It certainly was not a perfect ending to the season, but it was a good one all the same. We competed with the best teams in the NAIA and beat the teams I felt like we should beat. At the end of the day, it was great weather and an incredibly well-organized championship event that we were proud to be a part of."
