[Women's Cross Country] Saints women will make their fourth trip to cross-country nationals

KANSAS CITY, MO. (Nov. 13, 2017) – The 2017 NAIA Women's Cross Country National Championships field has been announced, as 36 teams and 92 individuals travel to Fort Vancouver National Historic Site in Vancouver, Wash., the national office announced last week. The 38th annual event takes place on November 18, with the women's race scheduled for 11:30 a.m. PST.

The Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) Saints will make their fourth trip to nationals as a team and their third in a row. The Saints earned an automatic bid after capturing the Red River Athletic Conference (RRAC) Championship on Nov. 3.

Several RRAC runners will participate as individuals. They include Alexandria Adams and Marissa Sandoval from the University of the Southwest, Shamona Hunt from Wiley College and Anneliese Jones from LSU-Shreveport.
