KANSAS CITY, MO. (Nov. 15, 2016) – The 36 team, 86 individual field has been announced for the 61st Annual NAIA Men's Cross Country National Championships that will be held on Nov. 19. The event will take place at North Farms Cross Country Course in Elsah, Ill. The men's 8–kilometer race will began at 11:30 a.m. CST. 

Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) cross-country team will make its second consecutive trip to the national meet after capturing the Red River Athletic Conference Championships on Nov. 11.

Several individuals from the Red River will compete, as well. They include: Wiley - Laden Kandie, Marbeq Edgar and Leonard Kiprono; and Southwest's Gilbert Ramirez.
