WACO, TEXAS (Sept. 10, 2014) -- Jazmine Garcia of Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU)  earned selection as the Red River Athletic Conference Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week for Sept. 1-7. This is her second consecutive women's runner of the week award over the same dates. These are the second set of awards of the 2014 season.
