NEW SUMMERFIELD, TEXAS (Nov. 8, 2013) -- The Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) men's cross-country team finished in third place at the 2013 Red River Athletic Conference Championship Tournament this morning.

The University of Texas at Brownsville finished first, while Wiley College placed second. The third-place Saints' score was 2:45:02.3. After the Saints were Bacone College, Huston-Tillotson University, Jarvis Christian College and LSU-Shreveport.

Head Coach Stephen Sherman said, "I could not be more proud of the men. I challenged them more than any other since I arrived to OLLU. In fact, I was not always fun to be around, but it's because I knew what they were capable of if they went all in. They went all in, and now we have the two best RRAC meet finishes in school history including a men's top three."
